Shipping and Returns
Tashi wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return/exchange as long as it meets the following criteria:
Merchandise must be in new, unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed condition with original tags still attached.
Package is postmarked for return within 7 days of delivery.
Any returns not postmarked for return within 7 days of delivery will be exchange or store credit only. Sorry no returns allowed past 30 days of purchase date.
Return instructions must be included with shipped merchandise.
We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
All Pierced Earrings, Crystal Jewelry, Sale items discounted 50% or more are not returnable or exchangeable.
Any returns that do not meet these criteria will be refused and returned to sender at their expense.
Please note: The customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to send the item(s) back to Tashi.ca for a refund/exchange.
Returning Your Item(s)
If possible pack your merchandise in the original shipping box.
Complete the Return/Exchange section of the Return and Exchange form that was included with your order. Check the appropriate reason for the return. Include the form inside the box.
Detach the pre-printed return label and affix to the shipping box over the original shipping label.
Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice.
Once we receive your return/exchange package, we will process the return or exchange the same product for a different size if available.
Check your e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail once your return/exchange has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.
Tashi will process & ship your order within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 1pm (EST) may be processed the following business day. Orders are subject to merchandise availability, we will contact you with a follow-up email or phone call if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.
Tashi.ca uses Canada Post for all domestic & International shipments.

Tashi.ca uses Canada Post for all shipments. Receipt signature will be required for orders with a value of $500.00 or more.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you notice an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately at 1-416-932-6888. We will make every attempt to correct the shipping address, occasionally the order may have already been processed. Changes in addresses after the package has shipped may incur a change fee.
You will receive an e-mail confirming your merchandise has been shipped. Remember to change your e-mail settings to accept all e-mails from Tashi.ca. Your e-mail will include a tracking number and can be tracked through .

If your package is lost or damaged (save all packaging materials) and please call us immediately at 1-416-932-6888.
If a package/delivery is refused by the customer for any reason, or considered undeliverable due to an incorrect/invalid shipping address, the customer will be charged $9.95 for return shipping or if a refund is to be issued, $9.95 will be subtracted from the refund amount.
